Please be advised that on July 1, 2018; 2128404 ALBERTA LIMITED (DBA: Calgary Motorcycle Shop); officer Richard Paquette; at 132 Falchurch Rd. N.E Calgary, AB, T3J 1J8 (the purchaser) purchased and assumed all control of Lucid Kustoms Inc. 201725254; (DBA: Lucid Moto Co.), (the vendor) at #6, 3915 Edmonton Trail N.E, Calgary, AB, T3E 6T1; ownership interest, business operations, legal corporation, assets any and all liabilities per the signed sale agreement sections 1.1.4 and 2.2 including the vendors trade accounts payable, utility accounts and charges and all other vendor obligations and responsibilities for the payment of any debt obligation, claim or demand of or against the vendor including those relating to the operation of the business between January 23, 2013 up to and including June 30, 2018 are assumed by the purchaser 2128404 ALBERTA LIMITED.
Lucid Kustoms Inc. 201725254 Corporate Registration updated August 31, 2018; Richard Paquette is assigned as sole officer and director.
